friendly service birthday cheesecake professional team
Bala was very nice and friendly. She greeted me with a Happy Birthday wish. She even brought a Birthday Cheesecake. I did appreciate the professional and friendly service.
The hotel bar was closed. I was also told there was no evening meal available after 7pm.

luxurious touches kind staff comfortable bed
the upgrade to the suite was a very kind gesture from the staff. the bed felt comfortable. i really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as nice extras provided in the bathroom.
the decor feels a little dated.

a good stay!
ample storage separate bathtub lovely decor
I found the room very comfortable with ample storage space and a well-lit bathroom. the bathroom featured both a separate bathtub and a shower cubicle. This was especially convenient. the restaurant had lovely decor and created a pleasant atmosphere.
Upon arrival, i noticed the front of the hotel had scaffolding. This detracted slightly from the initial impression.

the room was spacious and clean, decorated in a classic style. there was plenty of room to move around even with luggage. the bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The team provided attentive service and displayed genuine kindness. Vale's assistance stood out. when i informed the hotel of my lateness due to traffic, they responded with understanding and reassurance.

The spa facilities, particularly le kalon spa, are beautiful and authentic. the sauna located in the ladies changing room was clean. My partner could use it freely. the gym was well-equipped, offering various fitness options.
